Our Role

We began the project with a comprehensive planning process that included in-depth stakeholder interviews.

Influenced by the key findings of the discovery and planning process, we began the design process by focusing on the needs of the Hayden Corporate office, which included a new system to manage the marketing side of the business as well as the broker side of the business; and the brokers themselves, which included an all-in-one platform to assist them in their sales and promotions. The website features broker information, property information, various newsletter sign-ups and account creation, a blog, different search functions such as by property type or location, and other related information for potential buyers and sellers. It also has a login for the brokers themselves to handle their listings and profile.

Built on a WordPress CMS, the custom website integrates directly with Hubspot’s Marketing & Sales Hub and additional marketing platforms to pass on all pertinent information for Hayden Corporate and the brokers. Hubspot was also setup, synced, and customized to the needs of Hayden Outdoors by BLKDG.
