At BLKDG, we pride ourselves on helping brands and nonprofits bring their visions to life through innovative digital experiences. Our recent collaboration with Positive Tracks, a national nonprofit empowering youth to use physical activity for social change, allowed us to make a meaningful impact through design and development.
Positive Tracks is an inspiring organization that encourages young people to take action on issues they care about by combining the power of movement with advocacy. They help participants turn fitness activities like running, cycling, and hiking into fundraising efforts for causes they are passionate about. As a nonprofit dedicated to making a difference, Positive Tracks needed a website that not only reflects its mission but also engages and motivates its audience.
The goal for the new Positive Tracks website was to create an inviting, user-friendly experience that would allow young activists, mentors, and donors to easily access the resources they need. From bold, dynamic visuals to a seamless navigation structure, we set out to deliver a modern, mobile-responsive platform that encourages users to get involved.
Behind the design, our development team worked to ensure a smooth, high-performing experience on the backend. Using modern frameworks, we built a flexible, scalable platform to accommodate the nonprofit’s growing needs. Performance was key, as the site needed to handle traffic spikes during events and fundraising drives without slowing down. Our development process also focused on accessibility, ensuring the site met ADA compliance to make sure all users, regardless of ability, could easily navigate and engage with the content.
Launching the new Positive Tracks website was a rewarding experience for the entire BLKDG team. The project reflects our passion for working with organizations that strive to make the world a better place. With a fresh design and improved functionality, the new site provides an engaging platform that inspires the next generation of activists to get moving for change.
